The Public Dashboard is the shareable version of AgentRank. It gives stakeholders a fast read on current performance without requiring a login.

What viewers see first

The header combines a few important signals:
  • your brand and store domain
  • an overall health badge
  • the number of active prompts
  • last updated time
  • tracked markets
  • a short narrative summary
This is designed for quick stakeholder comprehension, not deep diagnosis.

Metric cards

The public dashboard shows four high-level metrics:
MetricWhat it shows
Visibility% of tracked prompts where your brand appears
Share of VoiceYour share of total brand appearances vs. competitors
Avg. RankYour average position across prompts where you appear
SentimentThe tone of your mentions across tracked responses
These cards provide the scorecard. They do not explain root cause. That is what the paid Analysis view is for.

Topic spread

The hero area also shows topic-level visibility so viewers can quickly see whether performance is broad-based or concentrated in a few categories.

Competitor leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks detected brands and shows:
  • Share of Voice % — their slice of total appearances
  • Avg. Rank — their average position in results
  • Appearances — how often they surfaced
Your brand is highlighted so stakeholders can immediately see where you sit relative to the field.

Prompt table

The prompt table gives a public view of prompt-level performance. Each row shows:
ColumnMeaning
PromptThe query text
Your positionYour position in that response, if detected
Top competitorThe leading competing brand for that prompt
ModeCarousel or Research
MarketThe tracked country
Prompts where your position is blank are visible misses. They are often the best starting point for deeper diagnosis.

What the public dashboard does not include

The public dashboard intentionally stops short of internal diagnostics. It does not include:
  • Authority, Relevance, or Readiness scores
  • linked action recommendations
  • citation gap tables
  • detailed response decomposition
That keeps the page useful for external sharing without exposing the entire operating workflow.

When to share it

Use the public dashboard when you need to share performance with:
  • Leadership and stakeholders who want a high-level view
  • Agency partners running your content or catalog strategy
  • Prospects, partners, or investors who need a current snapshot
No login is required to view the page.
