What you can do here
Use this page to:- review active, suggested, and inactive prompts
- add a new topic
- add a custom prompt
- edit prompt text and tags
- export visible prompts to CSV
- bulk change prompt status
States and tabs
Prompts are organized into three tabs:| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | Currently tracked and counted in your metrics |
| Suggested | Proposed by AgentRank, waiting for your review |
| Inactive | Stored in the workspace, but not currently tracked |
Topics organize the workspace
Prompts are grouped by topic so you can inspect coverage by category instead of looking at one giant flat list. That makes it easier to answer:- Do we have enough prompts for this category?
- Are we over-weighting one topic?
- Which topic has stale or low-quality prompts?
Bulk operations
The Prompt Workspace is designed for ongoing maintenance, not just onboarding. Common bulk actions include:- tracking a batch of suggested prompts
- deactivating a noisy prompt set
- restoring previously inactive prompts
- deleting prompts you know you will never use
How to build a good prompt set
- Cover your important topics, not just your bestselling SKU family.
- Mix high-intent purchase prompts with comparison and research prompts.
- Keep prompts distinct enough to represent different buyer questions.
- Deactivate prompts that are redundant, outdated, or off-category.
